2026 MSP Home tour

Want to see our work in person? You’ll have another chance at the MSP Home Tour, happening Saturday & Sunday, May 2–3, 2026, where we’ll be sharing a St. Paul home centered on preserving character while bringing modern-day function to the forefront.

This home has stood for more than a century, and this renovation was never about changing that.

Instead, the goal was to honor its history while reshaping the flow to better support the way its owners live today.

At the center of it all is the kitchen.

Through deliberate structural shifts, the space was opened up to improve connection and function. Custom cabinetry integrates storage with character, blending seamlessly with the home’s original feel.

A mobile floating table adds flexibility—serving as a prep space, bar, or an intimate place to sit and connect, depending on the moment.

Throughout the main floor, handcrafted details and restored elements ensure the home feels timeless, personal, and true to itself.
