Wit & Delight Refresh

As with any family, life happens, and sometimes previous remodeling projects don’t keep pace with family life. Kate Arends and her husband Joe came to us a second time to make the needed renovations to allow them to stay in the St. Paul home they love, in a neighborhood they didn’t want to leave. The kitchen boasts a new island and layout adjustment with new finishes throughout, while the new sunroom is nothing but bright and welcoming.
