Hopkins Bungalow

Project Description

A full second story and rear addition provided the space needed to transform this Hopkins’ Bungalow into a modern space with fresh detailing.  The owner’s goals of a new master bathroom and open floor plan were achieved with highlights that included; opening up the main floor layout, a steam shower for the master bath, fireplace wall with modern, rectangular gas fireplace to give the living room a great focal point, refreshed kitchen, quartz and concrete countertops, hardwood flooring to name just a few.
