This 1962 home was finally ready for the 21st century. It was time to drop the walls to create an open floor plan that would serve the family and their goals for how they wanted to live in the home. The entire main level of this home was remodeled with the goal of unifying multiple small rooms and creating a family friendly environment.
We utilized a hallway to expand the kitchen footprint that included a new baking center and patio door the rear of the home. The powder bath was transformed with all new finishes. The performance of the mudroom was increased with tons of options for quick and accessible storage. Heck, even the dog got some new digs from a new custom kennel with heated flooring.
